3. Can I preview my custom magnet before it’s made?
Yes! We provide a digital mockup of your magnet for approval before production. Once you confirm, we start making it.
4. How long does it take to make a custom magnet?
Each magnet is handmade. Custom orders typically take 2–4 business days to process before shipping.
5. How long will shipping take?
Standard shipping within Canada usually takes 3–7 business days. International shipping varies by location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
6. Can I order multiple custom magnets in one order?
Absolutely! You can submit multiple photos or designs, and we can create sets or bundles like 3 for $10 or 9 for $25.
7. What if my custom magnet arrives damaged or doesn’t look right?
We carefully inspect all magnets before shipping. If there’s an issue, contact us within 7 days and we’ll replace it free of charge.
8. Can I gift a custom magnet directly to someone else?
Yes! Just provide the recipient’s shipping address and optionally include a note with your gift.
9. What file formats do you accept for designs?
We accept JPEG, PNG, PDF, and other standard image formats. High-resolution files give the best results.
10. What happens after I make my payment?
